BIOGRAPHY
As a Certified Health Coach who has been a registered nurse for over 17 years, I possess the knowledge and expertise to guide people. I endeavor to lead a healthier lifestyle by providing knowledge on health food choices and basic knowledge of how the body responds to various foods and even stress. My endeavour is to be as supportive as possible while allowing clients to retain autonomy in making informed decisions about their health and lifestyle journey. In retaining this account, I guarantee that persons will feel the needed impetus to make habit-forming lifestyle changes at a pace where they will not feel overwhelmed or anxious but
will feel empowered. As someone who has struggled with gluten sensitivity and all the challenges that it brings. I can identify with what it means to make an informed decision to make a change to live a healthier life. It wasn’t easy to make a transition from eating certain foods to now eating as close to the necessary.
